Illegal activity: You may not access or use ineedaprayer.org nor any of its systems in the pursuit or engagement of any activities prohibited by law, nor may you attempt to undermine, hinder, damage, or disrupt the hardware, software, or security of our systems, the Internet, or any other site. You may not: (1) knowingly upload or transmit any computer virus, worm, or any other transmission that has the potential for disabling or otherwise impeding the operation of ineedaprayer.org or any other facilities, equipment, software, data, or service connected to the Internet or transiently connected to the internet; (2) make or attempt to make any unauthorized entry to ineedaprayer.org, its supporting systems, or any other site, resource, or device connected to the Internet; or (3) violate any applicable laws or regulations that govern online activities.
You agree to indemnify and hold ineedaprayer.org, its operators, administrators, and assignees harmless from and against all loss, liability, damage, and expense (including reasonable attorney fees) caused by: (1) claims by any party for libel, slander, defamation, invasion of privacy, infringement of intellectual property rights including trademark, copyright, or patent rights, and unlawful access or alteration to private records or data arising from any information, software, data, or message transmitted or received by you through ineedaprayer.org or any of its supporting systems or (2) any breach of these terms and conditions by you or someone under your control.
Freedom of expression: We have great respect for the rights of all of our visitors to have and express beliefs that differ from our own. However, ineedaprayer.org is a Christian ministry, and as such the purpose of all of the communications facilities we provide is overidingly Christian in focus and theme. Ineedaprayer.org, as a private institution, is not obliged to provide you with an open platform through which you may express anything of your choosing, and communications which violate the standards of our community or which are off-topic for the context of their placement will be deleted.
Registration: Registration is required in order to access some of the systems provided by ineedaprayer.org. The determination of what services provided by ineedaprayer.org require registration and which do not is solely at the discretion of its operators and administrators. When you register, you will be asked to enter personal information. We will treat that information in accordance with our posted privacy policy, and you agree to provide information that is accurate, true, current, and complete.
Public nature of communications: For your own safety and security, please keep in mind when choosing a user name and completing your profile that this information will be made available to any other registered user of our systems. In addition, please be aware that the messages you post through ineedaprayer.org are public and not private, and may be read by anyone irregardless of their membership status with ineedaprayer.org. Accordingly, you should exercise caution when divulging information about yourself, and you should avoid including information in your profile or other communications that could be used to uniquely identify you such as addresses and telephone numbers.
Participation: By participating in any communication facility provided by ineedaprayer.org, including the posting of content and the sending of messages, you agree that you will not upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content (including text, links, communications, software, images, sounds, data, or other information) that: (i) is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, vulgar, profane, sexually explicit, obscene, racially or ethnically offensive or otherwise objectionable; (ii )infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party; (iii) constitutes advertising or promotion, junk mail, “spamming,” chain letters, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation.; (iv) contains software viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or any other computer code or files that are designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software or hardware; (v) provides any non-public information about ineedaprayer.org or any other company or person without proper and validated authorization to do so; (vi) intentionally interferes with the operation of ineedaprayer.org or its systems or with a fellow user’s use of those systems, without limitation, mail or “post” bombing, news bombing, other flooding techniques, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks, or attempts to avoid messaging blocking; (vii) impersonates any person or entity, including ineedaprayer.org administrators, moderators, or other staff, or forges any TCP-IP packet header, e-mail header or any part of a message header; (viii) attacks or insults another user or moderator; (ix) suggests or encourages illegal activity; or (x) violates US or international laws or regulations.
You agree to indemnify and hold ineedaprayer.org, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or make available through ineedaprayer.org or any of its systems, your use of these systems, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.
Privacy and the release of information: Ineedaprayer.org will not release information about you to any third party for any purpose not expressly required by law, or required for the enforcement of these terms. We may, however, release information concerning your use of ineedaprayer.org and / or any of its associated systems (including posted content, registration information, and network records) when we believe such release is required in order to comply with applicable law or statute; when it is required to enforce or apply these terms; when it is required in order to protect ineedaprayer.org’ rights or property, or to protect ineedaprayer.org’ users from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of our systems and subsystems; or if ineedaprayer.org reasonably believes that an emergency involving immediate danger of death or serious physical injury to any person requires disclosure of communications or justifies disclosure of records without delay.
Enforcement: Ineedaprayer.org and its operators, administrators, and assignees have absolute discretion in the enforcement of these terms, including but not limited to: warning users of violations, disabling or suspending communications privileges, deleting, screening or editing any communications, and prohibiting any behavior that does not comply with these terms, or which we otherwise judge to be inappropriate uses of our systems.
Modification: Ineedaprayer.org reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any service, feature, product, or information from ineedaprayer.org and / or its supporting systems at any time and without prior notice.
Copyright and ownership: Copyright and ownership of any and all content provided by ineedaprayer.org, excluding user generated content in designated areas, and excluding content we have used by permission from third party sources, is the exclusive intellectual property of ineedaprayer.org and ineedaprayer foundation, inc. This includes all text, data, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, photographs, graphs, typefaces, and other materials provided by ineedaprayer.org or through any of its systems. All such content is protected by U.S. and international laws. In addition, the compilation copyright to all of the content provided by ineedaprayer.org and through its systems is the exclusive property of ineedaprayer.org and ineedaprayer foundation, inc. and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. |
